Harm Reduction Community Outreach is dedicated to supporting individuals in Odenton, MD, who are navigating the complex challenges of re-entry after incarceration, particularly those facing solicitation charges and issues related to sex work. Our Advocacy and Legal Help program offers compassionate assistance, providing services such as legal advice, advocacy, and support in creating letters for probation officers and pre-sentencing reports. We understand the obstacles our clients face, and we are here to facilitate re-entry and help with record expungement, as well as connecting individuals with the right legal representation. Our mission is to empower those we serve with the tools and resources they need to rebuild their lives and reintegrate successfully into the community.
