Located in Odenton, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals affected by Hepatitis C and HIV through comprehensive care and support. Our mission is to empower clients by providing essential outpatient health services, including both primary and HIV specialty care, along with vital medical case management tailored to individual needs. We also offer mental health care and outpatient substance abuse treatment, specifically focused on opioid use disorder, with access to resources like Suboxone® prescriptions. Understanding the importance of nutrition, we provide medical nutritional therapy consultations and support through our food bank and home-delivered meal services. In addition to health-focused programs, we offer critical services such as legal assistance, transportation through public tokens, health insurance premium sharing, and emergency financial aid for medications, ensuring our community members receive the holistic care they deserve to thrive.
