Located in Olney, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals living with or affected by Hepatitis C and HIV. Our comprehensive services include outpatient ambulatory health care tailored to the needs of our patients, along with specialized medical case management offered both in-clinic and within the community. We recognize the importance of holistic health, providing mental health support and substance abuse treatment, including assistance for opioid use disorder through Suboxone® prescriptions. Our program also features essential medical nutritional therapy, access to a food bank, and home-delivered meals to ensure that our clients receive vital nourishment. Additional support services include legal assistance, transportation tokens for easy access to care, health insurance premium cost sharing to alleviate financial burdens, and emergency financial assistance for medication costs.
