The William H. Bennett Food Pantry in Oxon Hill, MD, is dedicated to addressing the urgent food assistance needs of our community, including youth, seniors, ex-offenders, and families facing hardship. We aim to enhance nutritional support for residents in the Suitland Community and those receiving referrals from the Prince George’s County Social Services Department, as well as self-referred individuals. Our pantry offers not only essential food distribution but also valuable resources such as healthy eating education, recipes, and community workshops to promote overall well-being. We understand the importance of access to emergency food, thus extending our services to individuals outside our immediate area on a one-time basis. For families and individuals seeking food assistance, pre-registration is required to receive food once a month.
