Time to Fly is a dedicated faith-based organization located in Parkville, MD, committed to empowering survivors of domestic violence through a comprehensive counseling and training program. Our free 3 Step program serves women and children across Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland, focusing on rebuilding self-worth and reclaiming identity. We offer essential services including counseling, parenting education, nutrition workshops, daily life skills training, financial education, and computer classes, all within a supportive community that fosters spiritual growth. Our workshops address crucial topics such as the roots of domestic violence, the effects of abuse, and discovering one’s purpose while providing proven strategies for healing relationships. In addition, our After Care Program continues to meet the spiritual and practical needs of our participants through life-skills workshops and referral networks for housing, childcare, and employment assistance. With childcare provided, we welcome up to 50 women and 15 children per quarterly session, offering a safe space for healing and transformation.
