Located in Parkville, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals affected by illnesses such as Hepatitis C and HIV. Our comprehensive services include outpatient ambulatory health services, specialized medical case management, and personalized mental health care. We also offer substance abuse treatment, including support for opioid use disorder with Suboxone® prescriptions. Understanding the crucial role of nutrition, we provide medical nutritional therapy and access to our food bank, as well as home-delivered meals for those in need. Additional support such as legal services, transportation tokens, health insurance premium cost sharing, and emergency financial assistance for medications ensures that we address the multiple challenges faced by our clients.
