Home Delivered Meals in Pasadena, MD, is dedicated to serving individuals facing critical and life-threatening illnesses who struggle to access or prepare healthy meals. Our mission is to provide medically nutritious meals and essential services at no cost to those in need. We deliver up to 18 healthy meals each week, alongside a bag of fresh fruit and produce, reaching clients throughout Baltimore City and 14 surrounding Maryland counties, some as far as 140 miles from our kitchen. Alongside our nutritious food, we offer compassionate support through friendly visits, making sure that often-isolated individuals feel valued and cared for. To begin receiving meals, clients must be referred by their primary care provider, and we encourage referrals through our online meal applications.
