Time to Fly is a dedicated faith-based organization in Potomac, MD, committed to empowering survivors of domestic violence through comprehensive counseling and training programs. We serve women and children across Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland by offering a free, structured three-step program that includes essential services such as counseling, parenting education, nutrition guidance, daily life skills, financial literacy, computer classes, and a supportive network. Our workshops educate participants on the roots and effects of domestic violence, help them discover God's plan for their lives, and equip them with proven steps to heal relationships. We also provide an After Care Program, focusing on spiritual and emotional support, plus practical skills like financial management and access to resources for housing and employment. With childcare provided, we ensure that every participant can engage fully in our quarterly training sessions, allowing us to serve up to 50 women and 15 children at a time. Together, we strive to restore self-worth and identity while building a foundation for a safer, brighter future.
