Time to Fly, located in Reisterstown, MD, is dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic violence through comprehensive, faith-based counseling and training. Our free 3 Step program supports women and children across Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland, offering essential services like counseling, parenting education, nutrition guidance, life skills training, financial literacy, computer classes, and a robust support network. We delve into critical topics during our workshops, including the roots of domestic violence, the effects of abuse, and how to embrace God’s plan for a fulfilling life. Our After Care Program addresses spiritual, emotional, and practical needs, featuring workshops on vital life skills and providing access to crucial resources for housing, childcare, and employment assistance. Childcare is available, and we welcome up to 50 women and 15 children per session, scheduled quarterly, to create a nurturing environment for growth and healing.
