The MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Reisterstown, MD, is dedicated to empowering Veterans on their journey to a healthier life through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and provide tailored referrals to various weight management services, ensuring that each individual can choose options that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer independent management. Additionally, Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
