Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals in Rosedale, MD, who are facing critical illnesses that make it difficult to access or prepare nutritious meals. Our mission is to deliver medically appropriate meals at no cost to those in need across Baltimore City and 14 surrounding Maryland counties, extending our reach with compassion and care. With our Home Delivered Meals program, clients receive up to 18 healthy meals each week, along with a bag containing up to 5 servings of fresh fruits and produce, ensuring they can maintain a balanced diet. More than just a meal service, we offer a friendly visit and heartfelt connection to combat isolation, reminding our clients that they are valued and supported. To participate, a referral from a primary care provider is required, ensuring that we can meet the unique dietary needs of each individual we serve. Together, we nourish not only bodies but also spirits in our community.
