Our comprehensive approach encompasses vital outpatient ambulatory health services that include primary and HIV specialty care, along with essential medical case management both in-clinic and within the community. We recognize the importance of mental health and offer tailored support, including substance abuse outpatient treatment for opioid use disorder with Suboxone® prescriptions. Our registered dietitians provide medical nutritional therapy, while our food bank and home-delivered meals ensure access to nourishing food. We also connect our clients to critical professional services, transportation assistance with public transit tokens, and support with health insurance premiums and emergency financial aid for medications, all aimed at empowering our community towards healthier futures.
