Time to Fly is a nurturing, faith-based organization located in Salisbury, MD, dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic violence through comprehensive support and training programs. Our free 3-Step program serves women and children across Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland, focusing on restoring self-worth and identity. Participants receive vital services including counseling, parenting and nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial education, and computer classes. We also facilitate workshops that address the roots and effects of domestic violence while offering guidance on discovering God’s plan for personal healing and family dynamics. Our After Care Program extends support to meet spiritual, emotional, and practical needs, featuring life-skills workshops, and connecting clients with essential resources for housing, childcare, and employment. We welcome up to 50 women and 15 children quarterly, ensuring a supportive environment where healing and growth are prioritized, with childcare provided for all participants.
