OvarCare Patient Assistance Program in Salisbury, MD is dedicated to supporting women bravely facing ovarian cancer. Our mission is to alleviate some of the financial burdens they encounter during treatment by providing a tailored assistance package designed specifically for ovarian cancer patients. We offer essential support including a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card to help with transportation needs, and a $100 grocery card to ensure access to nutritious food. Additionally, we provide psycho-social counseling via phone sessions with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling with a certified Genetic Counselor, all aimed at empowering patients during this challenging time. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, which we process in the order received, contingent upon available funding.
