Meal Support Program
Project HEAL Salisbury, MD
About Meal Support Program
Based in Salisbury, MD, the Meal Support Program offers free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the complexities of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a welcoming environment for participants to receive nutritional support alongside their peers. With four meal support sessions available daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals can easily fit our program into their schedules. Each session is facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all working toward their CNS certification, ensuring expert guidance during meals. While our program is here to support those in recovery, please note that it is not a crisis support service. If you are in need of immediate crisis help, we encourage you to reach out to the appropriate emergency services.
