Home Delivered Meals in Severna Park, MD, is dedicated to serving individuals facing critical and life-threatening illnesses who struggle to access, afford, or prepare nutritious meals. Our program provides medically tailored meals at no cost to those in need across Baltimore City and 14 surrounding Maryland counties, reaching individuals even up to 140 miles from our kitchen. Each week, we deliver up to 18 healthy meals along with a bag of 5 servings of fresh fruit and produce. More than just food, our friendly team strives to bring warmth and companionship to those who often feel isolated, showing them that they are valued and cared for. To receive our meals, clients must be referred by their primary care provider, and we have made the referral process simple with downloadable meal applications for both the Ryan White program and other meal needs.
