The THRIVE Program in Severna Park, MD, is dedicated to empowering individuals affected by Hepatitis C and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) through comprehensive health services designed to prevent, treat, and manage these conditions effectively. We offer a range of outpatient ambulatory health services, including primary and HIV specialty care, alongside personalized medical case management in both clinic and community settings. Our holistic approach addresses mental health needs, provides substance abuse treatment for opioid use disorder—complete with Suboxone® prescriptions—and ensures nutritional support through medical nutritional therapy. Additionally, our food bank and home-delivered meal services aim to alleviate food insecurity for our participants. We extend further assistance with legal services, transportation tokens, health insurance premium cost sharing for those experiencing financial barriers, and emergency financial aid for necessary medications.
