The Community Place Cafe Food Assistance Program (CPCFAP) in Suitland, MD, is dedicated to fighting food insecurity by offering practical support to heads of households and families in need, including those experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. In partnership with 32 faith-based organizations, we provide supermarket gift cards to eligible applicants, ensuring that our community members have the resources they need to access emergency food and nourish their families. Our mission is to alleviate hunger and empower those facing difficult circumstances, creating a warm and welcoming environment as we work together to build a healthier community.
