Based in Towson, MD, the Belly Buddies Prenatal Group Program offers a supportive and nurturing environment for pregnant women to connect with peers who share similar delivery dates. Over the course of 10 weeks, participants benefit from a journey of shared experiences while receiving essential prenatal care information. Our program emphasizes stress reduction through activities such as yoga, knitting, and massage therapy, alongside educational classes focused on positive parenting, nutrition, and childbirth preparation.
