Located in Towson, MD, Cancer Transitions is a vital program designed to support cancer survivors who have recently completed treatment. Aiming to empower individuals at various stages of their survivorship—specifically those within the last 24 months but available to all survivors—this evidence-based initiative offers comprehensive services tailored to promote health and wellbeing.
