Located in Waldorf, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to preventing, treating, and managing illnesses such as Hepatitis C and HIV. Our comprehensive range of services includes outpatient ambulatory health care, specializing in both primary and HIV-related medical care, as well as medical case management offered in both clinic and community settings. We understand the importance of holistic support, which is why we also provide mental health care and substance use treatment for opioid disorders, including Suboxone® prescriptions. Additionally, our program offers medical nutritional therapy through consultations with nutritionists, a food bank, and home-delivered meal services to ensure that nutritional needs are met. We strive to remove barriers to health by providing essential services such as legal support, transportation assistance, health insurance premium cost sharing to cover copays, and emergency financial assistance for medications.
