Located in Westminster, MD, Birth to 3: The Maryland Infants and Toddlers Program provides crucial early intervention services at no cost to eligible children and their families. Our mission is to support the development of young children through a variety of essential services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing care, social work, special instruction, nutrition counseling, and speech and language services. We also offer important screenings for hearing and vision, as well as family counseling to ensure comprehensive support. Families are encouraged to participate voluntarily, and eligibility is determined based on age and specific developmental criteria.
