The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program in Westminster, MD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of pregnant women, new mothers, and children up to age five in Carroll County. Our program provides vital food assistance, offering specially selected healthy foods designed to support mothers in having healthier babies and to foster the growth and development of infants and young children.
