Time to Fly is a dedicated faith-based organization located in Windsor Mill, MD, committed to empowering survivors of domestic violence to reclaim their self-worth and identity. We provide a free comprehensive 3 Step program designed for women and children across Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. Our offerings include vital counseling, parenting education, daily life skills training, financial literacy, and nutrition education, all while fostering a supportive community. Participants can expect to explore essential topics such as the roots and effects of domestic violence, the importance of spiritual guidance, and God's vision for healthy relationships. Our quarterly workshops accommodate up to 50 women and 15 children, ensuring that no one navigates their journey alone. Additionally, our After Care Program addresses spiritual, emotional, and practical needs through workshops on financial management and access to valuable referral networks for housing and employment assistance. At Time to Fly, we believe in fostering hope and healing, and childcare is provided to ensure that all women can participate in their journey toward a brighter future.
