MOVE! Weight Management Program in Windsor Mill, MD, is dedicated to empowering Veterans on their journey to better health through comprehensive weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring they receive personalized referrals to various treatment options tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer an array of support services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer self-guided approaches, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, Veterans who face ongoing challenges with weight can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
