The THRIVE Program in Windsor Mill, MD, is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals living with or at risk for Hepatitis C and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Our comprehensive approach includes outpatient ambulatory health services alongside specialized HIV care, medical case management within clinics and communities, and access to vital mental health and substance abuse treatment, including outpatient support for those facing opioid use disorder. We also offer medical nutritional therapy through expert consultations and provide essential food assistance through our food bank and home-delivered meals service. Recognizing the holistic needs of our clients, we include transportation support, health insurance premium cost-sharing assistance, and emergency financial aid for medications, all aimed at fostering a healthier, more empowered community.
