The Meal Support Program in Aurora, MO, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, accessible virtual drop-in group meals that create a nurturing environment for participants to enjoy nutrition and receive the encouragement they need on their healing journey. We host four meal support sessions daily, including two lunch and two dinner times, allowing flexibility for individuals to join as fits their schedule. Each session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively obtaining their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support rather than crisis intervention, we encourage those in need of urgent help to reach out to dedicated resources.
