MOVE! Weight Management Program in Aurora, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Designed specifically for the needs of Veterans, our program annually screens each individual receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connects them to tailored weight management options. We offer a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home support via messaging and clinician contact. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management or access medications and bariatric surgery if needed.
