Community Connections Youth Project (CCYP) in Blue Springs, MO, is dedicated to empowering older foster youth as they transition into adulthood. We understand the unique challenges faced by these young individuals who often lack the necessary resources and support. Through our comprehensive program, we provide essential navigational assistance and services that include social support, employment guidance with resume building and interview preparation, and access to our food pantry and clothing closet.
