MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Boonville, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by addressing obesity through a comprehensive and personalized approach. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is annually screened for obesity and has access to tailored weight management services that suit their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of effective options, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home follow-up. Veterans can also utilize our MOVE! Coach mobile app for a self-guided weight management experience or explore additional medical support such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if needed.
