MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Carthage, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management solutions. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with appropriate weight management services. We offer a variety of options to meet individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient at-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. For those in need of more intensive support, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring other options.
