Family Support is dedicated to empowering individuals and families affected by Prader-Willi syndrome in Chillicothe, MO. Our mission revolves around providing essential resources and empathetic guidance when families need it most, particularly at the time of diagnosis. We offer a robust array of services including accurate information, personalized parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, we assist families with navigating the complexities of applying for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
