Located in De Soto, MO, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to offering free and compassionate meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program provides a warm, welcoming environment through live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, allowing participants to connect and consume nourishing meals with the guidance of skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program. Meal support sessions are available four times daily, featuring flexible schedules that include two lunch and two dinner slots, ensuring accessibility for everyone. While we focus on providing essential meal support, we encourage those in need of urgent care or crisis assistance to reach out to professional services.
