The Meal Support Program in Dexter, MO, is dedicated to providing accessible and compassionate meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, virtual group meals that create a safe environment for participants to enjoy nourishing food while receiving guidance and encouragement from qualified nutrition practitioners who are training to obtain their CNS certification. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner times, individuals can attend as many meals as their schedule permits, allowing for flexibility and ongoing support throughout their recovery journey.
