Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Eldon, MO

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Eldon, MO, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Through virtual drop-in group meals, we create a nurturing environment where participants can gather four times a day—offering two sessions for lunch and two for dinner—to enjoy nutrition with supportive guidance. Our sessions are led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring participants receive knowledgeable and empathetic care. Once enrolled, individuals can attend as many meal support sessions as their schedule allows. While we focus on enhancing the recovery journey through meal support, we encourage anyone in crisis to seek immediate assistance by contacting emergency services or reaching out to a crisis hotline.
