Located in Excelsior Springs, MO, the Residential Treatment Program is dedicated to empowering teens aged 13-17 through personalized approaches centered on independence, respect, and personal responsibility. Our mission is to facilitate successful reintegration into the community by offering a comprehensive range of services, including psychiatric treatment and medication management, individual, group, and family therapy, as well as medical and dental care. We enhance each child's development with educational support, speech and language therapy, and recreational activities, while also prioritizing daily living and social skills training. Our work-study programming and specialized treatment plans, combined with dietician consultations, ensure that every young person receives the holistic care they need. As a state facility, we aim to make mental health care accessible to families with limited resources by adjusting our charges based on each family's ability to pay.
