About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Farmington, MO, offers vital, free meal support for those over 16 engaged in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program provides a welcoming environment where individuals can join live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to nourish both body and mind. With sessions occurring four times daily—twice during lunch and twice for dinner—participants have the flexibility to attend as many meal times as fit their schedules. Led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our sessions focus on delivering compassionate support and practical nutrition guidance throughout the recovery journey. While we ensure a safe space for meal consumption, please remember that we are not a crisis support service. For immediate help, reach out to emergency services or text HEALING to 741741.
