The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Fredericktown, MO, empowers individuals to become passionate advocates and educators for a just and sustainable food system. This transformative program offers a six-month immersive experience at the Allegheny Farm Campus, where selected Fellows engage in organic food system education and hands-on training. Our commitment to accessibility means we do not charge tuition, making it possible for more community-minded individuals to join us. Throughout the Fellowship, participants collaborate with regional non-profits to grow diversified crops, enhance community gardens, implement health-focused educational initiatives, and support direct-to-consumer food distribution channels. By integrating food and ecological literacy into local schools and mentoring the next cohort of Fellows, we aim to foster healthier communities and a stronger food coalition.
