Project HEAL Fredericktown, MO

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Fredericktown, MO, is dedicated to providing essential meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals designed to foster a nurturing and informative environment for participants to consume nutritious meals together. With sessions offered four times daily, including two scheduled lunch and dinner times, individuals can join as many sessions as their schedule allows, receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. While we focus on enhancing recovery through structured meal support, we emphasize that our services are not a substitute for urgent or crisis care—those in need of immediate assistance should contact emergency services.
