Located in Fulton, MO, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and referred to tailored weight management solutions that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent management. For those who may need additional assistance, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
