Community Connections Youth Project (CCYP) in Grain Valley, MO, is dedicated to empowering older foster youth as they transition into adulthood, providing vital resources and support tailored to their unique needs. CCYP offers crucial services including social support, employment assistance with job applications and resume writing, a food pantry for emergency food needs, and a clothing closet.
