Located in House Springs, MO, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing compassionate and free meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our unique drop-in group meal sessions occur four times daily, offering a welcoming space where participants can gather virtually to share meals under the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners. With a focus on fostering a supportive environment, our program allows individuals to attend as often as they need, helping them to integrate nutrition into their recovery journey.
