Located in Joplin, MO, the Food Pantry is dedicated to providing food assistance to those in need, serving around 550 families each month, including older adults with limited income and families facing food insecurity. Clients can choose from a variety of nutritious food options, including government commodities, diapers, and hygiene products during their appointment. In addition to grocery support, we offer prayer for those who desire it, along with equipping classes and hot meals every Wednesday for 80-100 clients. Our mission revolves around feeding, equipping, empowering, and restoring hope to individuals living in poverty or experiencing temporary hardships. We believe in uplifting our community through practical help and essential resources, fostering self-sufficiency rather than dependency. Our food pantry operates Wednesdays from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional commodities available by appointment on Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
