At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Kearney, MO, we are dedicated to cultivating leaders who advocate for a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Our program offers Fellows a comprehensive education in organic food systems without tuition fees, ensuring accessibility for all. Over a transformative six-month experiential residency at our campus, participants engage in hands-on learning, from growing and distributing diverse crops to implementing educational initiatives in schools and communities. After their initial training, Fellows embark on a Community Action Year, applying their skills alongside regional non-profit organizations to enhance food access, support farmers markets, and foster community gardens.
