Located in Kearney, Missouri, the Residential Treatment Program offers a compassionate approach to mental health for adolescents aged 13 to 17, focusing on independence, respect, and personal responsibility. We are dedicated to reintegrating young individuals back into the community through a comprehensive suite of services, including psychiatric treatment and medication management, individual and family therapy, as well as medical, dental, educational, and recreational therapy. Our program emphasizes daily living and social skills development, work-study opportunities, and personalized treatment plans, all while ensuring dietary needs are met with guidance from a dietician. While we are a state facility and charge for our services, fees are adjusted based on each family's financial situation, with the aim of making mental health care accessible to all Missourians.
