The Meal Support Program in Lake Saint Louis, MO, offers vital, free meal support services tailored for individuals over 16 who are in the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides a nurturing and supportive environment where participants can engage in live, facilitated virtual group meals. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, participants can choose the times that best fit their schedules.
