The Meals on Wheels Program at KC Shepherd's Center is dedicated to delivering nutritious meals directly to seniors in Lees Summit, MO, and the surrounding Kansas City area. Our mission is to combat hunger and isolation among the elderly by providing essential food assistance and a friendly visit at their doorstep. In addition to healthy meal deliveries, we offer critical services that include toiletries, personal safety supplies to protect against COVID-19, and even pet food and supplies to ensure that both seniors and their furry companions are well cared for. We are here to support our senior community with compassion and urgency, ensuring they receive the nourishment and care they deserve.
