MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Lees Summit, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by conducting annual screenings for obesity and offering personalized referrals to a variety of weight management resources. Our program provides comprehensive options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided weight management. For Veterans facing persistent weight challenges, we also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery solutions.
