MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans in Mexico, MO, through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran attending VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to tailored weight management solutions that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer self-directed efforts, the MOVE! Coach mobile app serves as a valuable tool. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after participating in the program.
