About Meal Support Program
Based in Mexico, MO, the Meal Support Program, part of Project HEAL, is dedicated to providing compassionate meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, accessible virtual group meal sessions four times a day, creating a supportive and safe environment for participants to enjoy nutrition alongside others who understand their journey. Led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator, our meals focus on fostering healing and connection rather than serving as a crisis intervention. Once enrolled, individuals can join as many sessions as their schedule allows, making this a flexible option in their path to recovery. We prioritize community, understanding, and healing through shared meals, empowering those in recovery to feel nourished and supported every step of the way.
